About the Candle:

Hi, all the candles are handmade by me, Michelle. Because all of these items are handmade, they may have some imperfections such as, slight color differences, slightly off-centered label & or wick, etc. If you see rough top after burning, please note that this is a feature of natural soy wax and does not affect the performance of the candle. The rough, bumpy tops after burning a soy wax candle are caused when the hot wax in the melt pool cools and solidifies at an inconsistent rate. Frosting is also a natural byproduct of natural wax and it does not affect the burn quality or fragrance of a candle.

Where do you ship?

We are only able to ship domestically throughout the U.S.

Do you offer free shipping?

Enjoy $9 Flat rate shipping on small orders via USPS. Cards are $4 and will be shipped via USPS First Class.

Expedited Shipping is also available for via UPS. All shipping methods comes with a tracking number.

How long will it take to get my order?

All candle that are in stock will be shipped in 1-3 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If you need the order sooner, please email michelle@alchemyand.co before placing the order.

Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, domestic orders shipped within the continental U.S. may take 3-5 business days to arrive, depending on location.

We are currently unable to replace missing or stolen packages.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Yes, we have UPS 3-Day as an option.
